FAQ

Does it work with Data Studio?

Not for organic data. Our Data Studio connector covers TikTok Ads, not organic posts — the TikTok Organic connector works in Claude and ChatGPT. For TikTok Ads in Data Studio, see the TikTok Ads connector.

What TikTok data can SyncMetrics read?

Your profile — followers, following, total likes and video count — plus views, likes, comments and shares for each post, and account totals. Everything is read through TikTok’s official API.

Can SyncMetrics post or change anything on my TikTok account?

No. TikTok Organic is read-only: SyncMetrics reads your profile and post statistics and never posts, edits or deletes anything. You can disconnect it from your dashboard at any time.

Does it work in ChatGPT as well as Claude?

Yes — add the same address, https://mcp.syncmetrics.io/mcp, in either one. Claude needs a plan that supports custom connectors. In ChatGPT on the web, Business, Enterprise and Edu get full access and Pro is read-only, which is all this connector needs; Plus and Free don’t offer custom connectors yet.

Is there a free plan?
