These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SyncMetrics ("Service"), operated by SyncMetrics ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SyncMetrics connects your Meta Ads accounts to AI tools (Claude via MCP) and reporting tools (Looker Studio) so you can analyse your ad performance data. The Service acts as a read-only bridge between Meta's API and your chosen tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to connect the Meta Ads accounts you link to SyncMetrics. By using the Service, you confirm you have the right to grant us access to those accounts.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• You may not share your account or MCP URL with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
• Share your personal MCP URL publicly
• Use the Service in a way that violates Meta's Platform Terms

5. Meta Platform Compliance

Your use of Meta Ads data through SyncMetrics must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We are not responsible for any violation of Meta's terms on your part.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SyncMetrics. Your ad data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to access and process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data unavailability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that ad data retrieved via the Service is complete, accurate, or error-free — you should verify important data directly in Meta Ads Manager.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyncMetrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decisions made based on ad data provided.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing support@syncmetrics.io. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
