Do I need a paid Claude plan?
Yes: connectors require a Claude plan that supports custom connectors. SyncMetrics itself is free forever (1 account, last 30 days), or $10–25/mo for full history and more accounts.
What can Claude do to my ad accounts?
Read-only by default. The only writes are opt-in Google Ads campaign actions and Google Sheets exports — always preview-first, and new campaigns are created paused.
Which platforms can I connect?
Meta, Google Ads, TikTok (ads + organic), LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Shopify, Facebook Pages and Google Sheets.
Is my data safe?
Yes — OAuth 2.1 + PKCE sign-in (we never see your passwords), tokens encrypted at rest, every client's data isolated, and you can revoke access anytime. Details in our privacy policy.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — Free forever, no card. You get 1 ad account per platform and the last 30 days of data through Claude. It never expires. When you need full history or more accounts, add a card: Starter is $10/mo (2 accounts per platform, full history, Claude MCP) and Pro is $25/mo (unlimited accounts, full history + Data Studio). Paid plans are charged on signup.
Are there AI credits or query limits?
No. Pricing is flat and questions are unlimited — a fair-use rate limit (~90 calls/min) protects platform API quotas, and that's it.
How do I cancel?
Disconnect platforms and revoke access anytime from your dashboard. Your data can be deleted on request.
