Prerequisites

  • A LinkedIn ad account with Viewer/Analyst access
  • A LinkedIn app approved for the Marketing Developer Platform (scopes r_ads + r_ads_reporting)
  • LinkedIn Ads authorized on your dashboard, and Claude (or another MCP client)

Connecting LinkedIn Ads

  1. On your dashboard, click Connect LinkedIn Ads and grant read-only access.
  2. Pick the ad account(s) SyncMetrics should report on, then Save selection.
  3. In Claude, add https://mcp.syncmetrics.io and sign in with the same account.
